This notice covers information submitted through the Lead Shepherd website’s demo request form.

What you share

The form asks for your name, business name, and email address. You can also provide optional notes about your business and the calls you need help with. Please leave out private customer information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your inquiry, understand your business’s needs, and arrange a demo. We do not use your demo request to automatically enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Where it goes

Submitted requests are sent securely to Lead Shepherd’s Google Sheet for follow-up. Google and the website’s hosting provider process information as part of providing those services. The website does not include advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your demo request information. Reply to our follow-up email, or use the request form to contact us about your information.

About the answering service

This website collects demo inquiries. How a customer’s caller information, call notes, and recordings are handled will be addressed separately as part of that business’s service setup.
